Sierra supports the firm’s operations and compliance department. She assists with legal operations, the creation and maintenance of the contracts process and compliance projects. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Sierra was a Paralegal for Crane and Norcross, LLC. She earned double BA degrees in political science and legal studies from the University of Wisconsin (Madison). In her free time, Sierra enjoys baking, reading adventure mystery books, travel, swimming laps and exploring Chicago.
